To rent, T1 for 4 people in Gated Community, properly furnished and equipped with television, hob, oven, extractor fan, water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and toaster. Bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with the necessary for cooking (crockery and utensils) and serving meals, with large balcony. It has a garden, swimming pool for adults and children, communal barbecue and private parking. Close to commercial areas and leisure areas, restaurants, shops, Praia da Rocha and Praia do Vau (4 minutes walk). Enjoy a family holiday or with your friends, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Algarve!
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENT FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
